General Fee Information

Payment Options

All lesson times are booked for a strict period of time either 30 mins, 45 mins or an hour. To help me manage the interrupted flow of lessons, I would like to encourage you to make a payment before the lesson either online (includes a processing fee) or via Direct Bank Transfer as it saves time while lessons are up and running!

I accept Cash, Direct Bank Transfer or In-person and Online Payments (through the Student Portal, inc. fees) which include: 1) PayPal Payments, 2) credit and debit cards and 3) digital wallets.

Cancellation Policy

  • Student or Parent/Guardian must give at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations, I will then cancel or reschedule your lesson that week.

  • Being a singer myself, I understand sickness and the need to cancel at the last minute therefore, I have put in place a very flexible make-up system that works extremely well! If you need to cancel due to sickness, please contact me by 9am on the day of your lesson. You will be charged for this lesson however, I will issue a make-up credit for you! This make-up lesson credit allows you to rebook the lesson you paid for but missed at a time that is convenient to you!

  • You may redeem your make-up lesson credit anytime that is outside your normal/allocated scheduled lesson time. 

  • Please contact me directly to redeem and book your make-up lesson.

  • If I need to cancel, I will reschedule your lesson at the earliest convenience or issue a make-up lesson credit if need be. If the lesson cannot be rescheduled after a reasonable attempt, refunds will be issued.

  • Please note this make-up system is set up purely on an “honesty basis” and I trust we can work together well in this capacity. 

  • If you have not attended lessons for 2 weeks in a row without any communication, I reserve the right to book a new student in your designated lesson time.
